This Cancellation Policy applies to all services purchased through RackandRoll.ca, which is owned and operated by Covenant Maravi (Canada) Systems Ltd, a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
This policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
1. Service Activation and Delivery
All services provided by RackandRoll.ca are digital or service-based.
A service is considered activated and delivered once the server or service has been provisioned and access details (such as login credentials, IP addresses, or control panel access) have been provided electronically.
Once activation occurs, the service is deemed in use.
2. Purchase Options
We may offer the following purchase options, depending on the service:

Month-to-month subscriptions

Fixed-term commitments (e.g., 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month terms)

One-time setup or provisioning fees (where applicable)
Specific pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are displayed at checkout or outlined in a written agreement.
3. Cancellation of Month-to-Month Services
Month-to-month services may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle through your account portal or by contacting us.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period

No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months or unused time

Services will remain active until the end of the paid billing period
4. Cancellation of Fixed-Term Services
Services purchased under fixed-term commitments (including but not limited to 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month terms):

Cannot be canceled once activated

Are non-refundable, except where expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement
Early termination of a fixed-term service does not relieve the customer of payment obligations for the remainder of the term.
5. Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

Subscription-based services automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle

You are responsible for canceling the service before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue
Failure to cancel prior to renewal may result in charges for the next billing period.
6. Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation or expiration of a service:

Access to the service will be terminated at the end of the applicable billing period

All data stored on the service may be permanently deleted

Customers are solely responsible for backing up their data prior to cancellation
We are not responsible for data loss following cancellation or termination.
7. Relationship to Refund Policy
Cancellation of a service does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Refund eligibility, if any, is governed exclusively by our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Suspension or Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services, with or without notice, if:

You violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

Payments are overdue, reversed, or disputed

You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
In such cases, no refunds will be issued, unless required by applicable law.
